New Agent Tasks:
- Complete NH and National testing
- Apply for license
- The application will be sent to you after passing the test
- Sign up for NNEREN
- Download the following forms from the NNEREN web site (note that
someone with a valid NNEREN login may need to do this for new agents):
- Sign up for GMNBR
- VA and FHA Notes
- Amendatory clause signed
by both buyer and seller
- Pest Inspection Report
signed by both buyer and seller
- If private water, requires
water testing and must show bank proof of acceptable levels of
microbicides and bacteria.
- Miscellaneous Notes
- 2 days prior to closing,
seller agent should read the water meter and call in reading to water
department.
